Editorial & Technical Review Policy

This policy describes how Gainwell Furniture prepares, reviews and maintains educational website content about hospitality furniture development, manufacturing and project delivery.

Responsibility

Website articles are published under the “Gainwell Project Team” identity when the work is collaborative rather than attributable to one individual. The responsible organization is Zhongshan Gainwell Furniture Co., Ltd. Editorial questions and correction requests can be sent to info@gainwell.com.

Content standard

Our publishing standard is to separate general educational guidance from project-specific advice, describe practical limitations, avoid unsupported performance claims and identify when requirements depend on a project, material, test method, brand standard or jurisdiction.

Review process

  1. The topic and search intent are defined for owners, designers, procurement teams or project managers.
  2. Drafts are checked against visible first-party project processes, approved site facts and available supporting material.
  3. Technical or project-delivery statements are reviewed for clarity and practical accuracy before publication.
  4. Titles, summaries, structured data, internal links and dates are checked as part of publishing.
  5. Material changes receive a new “updated” date; minor formatting corrections may not.

Evidence and external sources

First-party project photographs, process descriptions, approved certificates and published manufacturer or standards-body documentation are preferred. External sources are linked when they materially support a factual statement. Project names and third-party marks are used for identification and remain the property of their owners.

Corrections

If a material error is identified, we aim to correct the page promptly and update its modification date. Please include the page URL, the statement in question and any supporting evidence when requesting a correction.

Commercial independence

The site promotes Gainwell’s own services. Educational articles are not presented as independent product rankings, and paid third-party editorial placement is not currently part of this website policy. If that changes, relevant disclosures should be added to the affected content.
